I’m Elliott, a Sports Journalism graduate with an MA in Public Relations, Communications and Media, and I’m looking for freelance writing work in the realm of Film and TV.

I predominantly cover film for digital publication Cinema Sugar, and I’m keen to expand my portfolio by working with a wide array of publications and clients.

In the past, I’ve worked exclusively as a sports writer. I spent several years working as a Football Content Executive for digital publishing house Fresh Press Media Ltd., and I also had a spell as a freelancer with publishing house Breaking Media Ltd.

Since the beginning of 2023, I’ve contributed to Cinema Sugar as a Content Specialist, writing about why movies make life sweeter as a passion project.

When I’m not writing I’m watching movies religiously; I’ll absorb anything and everything that I can find, from the latest blockbuster to indie horrors and foreign language cinema. I’m never happier than when I’m either watching, writing or talking about movies.
